Many women (and men) have turned to Patricia if they have been trying to conceive for a long time without a resulting pregnancy. Chinese Medicine may be a solution for couples with the following problems:

IVF Support………

Patricia has worked extensively with couples undergoing IVF. Acupuncture is very safe during stimulated cycles, egg pick-up and pre & post embryo transfer.

A study was conducted by Magarelli et al in 2009 where a number of women who were undergoing IVF treatments. They were given acupuncture to increase blood flow through the uterine arteries in the immediate weeks prior to egg collection The researchers found that the women who had acupuncture showed beneficial changes in the serum levels of stress hormones and prolactin compared to the control group who did not get any acupuncture. In addition, the pregnancy and live birth rate was significantly higher in the acupuncture group.
